Due to growth, we are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to add to our team!

Is your background a fit? We are looking for…
- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Technical background with Cloud, DevOps, Application Monitoring, and/or Software release tools, virtualization, data center , infra etc.
- Preference for candidates with prior knowledge in software release tools or in application monitoring.
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, detail oriented.
- BA/BS degree in CS or Computer Engineering related field
- At least 7-10 years of experience with 3 years of customer management
