Technical Product Manager

We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Permanent Technical Product Manager to join our thriving team. As a key player in our technology department, you will be at the forefront of driving product strategy and vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our innovative products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, making strategic decisions that significantly impact our business. This role is perfect for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, loves a challenge, and has a passion for technology, innovation, and software development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, market, and technology trends to craft a compelling vision and strategy for our product line.
• Define and manage comprehensive product roadmaps to deliver on the strategic vision and goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight our customers and solve their unique problems.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation, research, and prototyping, through to development, launch, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development and to measure success.
• Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all stakeholders, from team members to executives.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to maximize product adoption and success.
• Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and understanding of our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management in the technology industry.
• Proven experience in software and application development.
• Demonstrated success in leading go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and experience with product management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and to influence without formal authority.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
