We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly driven Permanent Regional Territory Manager for our Manufacturing division. This exciting role will be at the forefront of our business operations, driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying potential customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in Industrial Coatings sales, and a deep understanding of painting and coatings, adhesives and sealants, and composites. The role requires frequent travel to meet with clients and potential customers within the assigned territory.

The salary will range from $80k-$100k with uncapped commission. On target earnings typically range from $225k-$400k annually.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals within the assigned territory.
2. Identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and maintain existing client relationships.
3. Provide technical assistance and product education to customers.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and key issues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and drive sales.
6. Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
7. Manage contract negotiation and agreements to maximize profit.
8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
9. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Coatings sales experience.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of painting and coatings, adhesives and sealants, and composites.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Open to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
9. Proven results in managing and growing a sales territory.
