We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our clients. This role is perfect for a motivated, results-oriented individual who is eager to establish and grow their career in the sales industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
  • Efficiently manage customer relationships by building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals and helping them achieve these goals using our solutions
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
  • Maintain daily activities in system tracking, including sales calls, data discovery, meetings and next steps in the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and generate product development ideas

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills
  • Experience in account management with a proven track record of driving customer success and aligning in complex customer environments at the executive and department levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, motivation, and a passion for customer service
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales and forecasting
