As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
- Efficiently manage customer relationships by building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals and helping them achieve these goals using our solutions
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure
- Maintain daily activities in system tracking, including sales calls, data discovery, meetings and next steps in the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and generate product development ideas
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills
- Experience in account management with a proven track record of driving customer success and aligning in complex customer environments at the executive and department levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, motivation, and a passion for customer service
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales and forecasting
