The question "What do you do?" has been an everyday subject for my way of living for years. I believe this question can open doors no matter who and what you are. My answer to this question is loved by many and perceived as a nuisance to some. This reaction, either way, is a reminder of the responsibility that any working professional should have- to be honest, factual, goal-driven, and always on the lookout for exceptional people to network with. Through my 10+ years of internal and agency recruiting, I've absorbed this way of living, working with hiring managers, HR, and candidates in various industries, building organized and successful teams.
