Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger functions, and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial reporting software.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
