We are on the hunt for a driven and dedicated Sales Representative to join our dynamic Commercial Insurance team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our company's growth. The selected candidate will be responsible for selling commercial insurance policies to businesses, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle, policy review, policy analysis, and coverages.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, your primary duties will include:

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or business segment.
2. Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
3. Analyzing the client's commercial insurance needs and providing suitable policy recommendations.
4. Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
5. Conducting policy reviews and analysis to ensure clients' coverage meets their business needs and adjusting policies as necessary.
6. Providing professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
7. Remaining knowledgeable about new products and services in the commercial insurance market.
8. Participating in industry events and conferences to network and attract more clients.
9. Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
10. Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in commercial insurance.
2. Proven experience in property and casualty insurance sales.
3. Strong experience in account management and understanding of the sales cycle.
4. Proficiency in conducting policy review and analysis.
5. A strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
10. A valid P&C license is required.
