We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This permanent hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely and in the office, providing the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our business. Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will:

1. Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring that all customer needs are promptly and professionally addressed.
2. Analyze policy documents, endorsements, and certificates for accuracy and completeness, making necessary adjustments as required.
3. Develop and present proposals to clients for renewals and new business opportunities, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their insurance needs and risk profile.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to account management.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology to continually improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position, you should have:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, account management, customer service, risk management, policy analysis, and property and casualty endorsements.
2. A proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, with demonstrated success in growing business and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations and build strong relationships.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex insurance documents and make accurate decisions.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
6. Proficiency in using insurance software and technology to manage accounts and improve operational efficiency.
7. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of commercial insurance.
8. A Property and Casualty license is required.
