Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of commercial lines accounts, ensuring clients' insurance needs are met, and providing high-quality risk management advice. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial insurance products, policy analysis, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
2. Analyze and interpret insurance policies, identifying coverage gaps and recommending appropriate solutions.
3. Coordinate policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
4. Provide risk management advice, helping clients understand their exposure and how insurance can mitigate their risks.
5. Work closely with sales, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
6. Keep up-to-date with changes in the insurance market and regulatory environment.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, negotiating the best terms for clients.
8. Handle client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on account management.
2. A strong understanding of property and casualty insurance.
3. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex insurance policies and identify coverage gaps.
6. Experience in risk management, with the ability to provide sound advice to clients.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
8. Proficiency in using insurance industry software.
9. A valid and active Property & Casualty license.
