We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about managing and growing a commercial lines book of business. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while managing a portfolio of commercial clients. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, risk management, policy analysis, and account servicing.

Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring all policies, renewals, and endorsements are processed efficiently and accurately.
2. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
3. Analyzing clients' insurance needs and risk profiles to propose suitable coverage options.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to develop proposals for new business opportunities.
5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of commercial insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
6. Coordinating with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for policies.
7. Processing certificates of insurance and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, including experience with property and casualty insurance.
2. Proven track record in customer service, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Strong knowledge of risk management principles and the ability to analyze complex risk scenarios.
4. Proficiency in policy analysis, with the ability to interpret and explain policy terms and conditions to clients.
5. Experience in processing endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance.
6. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to secure the best terms and pricing for clients.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and insurers.
8. Proficiency in using insurance software and systems.
9. Current insurance license or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
10. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
11. A valid Property and Casualty license in AZ.
