We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team and help take our business to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of property and casualty insurance, endorsements, account management, sales, proposals, renewals, certificates, client management, and customer service. Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Lines Account Executive, you will be tasked with:
1. Managing and maintaining a portfolio of existing commercial lines accounts.
2. Developing and executing sales strategies to expand business opportunities and increase customer retention.
3. Crafting and presenting proposals to prospective and existing clients, showcasing our insurance products and services.
4. Processing renewals, endorsements, and certificates for clients promptly and accurately.
5. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client inquiries and concerns effectively.
6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
7. Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
8. Participating in networking and industry events to build relationships and promote our brand.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, insurance sales account management, and customer service.
2. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. A license in Property and Casualty Insurance is preferred.
7. A strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and the insurance industry as a whole.
