I have 10 years of full-life cycle staffing experience and roughly 8 years of managerial experience. This experience has afforded me the opportunity to start several recruitment teams from scratch including a Front-end/UI/UX and Open Source IT Recruitment team based in Silicon Valley and a Property and Construction recruitment team based in Philadelphia.

Over the last 10 years I have personally billed~$3M. In just the last 3.5 years I have been involved in over $7M worth of new candidate salaries.

Currently with Jobot, a staffing firm that embraces machine learning and artificial intelligence to deliver amazing opportunities to our candidates and top talent to our clients. This technology allows for a nimble approach to staffing that can pivot with client needs and an ever changing marketplace.
