Established, Reputable Company looking for a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their team! This is a contract-to-hire role that allows you to feel them out and vice versa! The ideal candidate for this role will have previous deposition experience and have handled their own caseload. Having an interest in Workers' Compensation is a MUST. This is for a defense firm, so having a defense background is key. If you have a background in Insurance Defense or Employment Defense and are interested in moving into Workers' Compensation, we want to hear from YOU! All candidates must be barred in California to be considered. MUST be willing to work in the Sacramento office at least 1-2 times a week.

Position Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in California
• Experience with depositions, hearings/trials, and handling your own caseload (billing your own time). They want someone who can hop right in!
• Workers' Compensation experience is preferred, but not required. (You will be working on Workers' Compensation cases, so having an interest in WC is needed.) If you have a background in employment defense or insurance defense that background will be strongly considered for this role!
