Job Details
To provide on-site management for all phases of Multi-Family construction projects, including managing subcontractors, material, and equipment, as well as ensuring that requirements are strictly met and that work is completed on time and on budget. Schedules, inspections, quality management, and work site protection are also responsibilities of the superintendent.
Ensure timely completion of project by collaborating with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
Carry out quality management roles and obligations in relation to the work that is being done.
Identify construction-related issues and report them to the project team for resolution.
Maintain a regular (written) log of jobsite activities.
Carry out Superintendent roles at various work sites at the same time.
Ascertain that the subcontractor has addressed all of the project team's concerns.
*Must have Multifamily Superintendent experience*
