Job Details

***This is a hands on Coordinator/Project Management role which requires Construction Experience! Experience includes but not limited to construction build outs, vendor relations, tenant changes, permits, zoning, timelines, bids, etc.

Tenant Coordination department interacts with LEASING, DEVELOPMENT, OPERATIONS and PROPERTY MANAGEMENT to support Tenant activities at our premier properties. Supports all efforts leading to timely openings including conceptual estimates, work parameters, budgets, zoning, landlord rules, construction management, building and safety codes, leasing terms and more.

Acts as liaison between landlords, architects, engineers, legal department, government agencies, construction teams/laborers, and tenants to deliver properties on time.

Select applicants must have:

BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related equivalent
Experience with development/redevelopment of retail/commercial spaces
Knowledge of basic building design and systems
5 plus years of construction/project management experience
AUTOCAD EXPERIENCE A PLUS
Excellent communication, adaptability and collaboration skills
Advanced Project Planning experience/certification.
Must be able to overcome obstacles and deliver results
