Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years' experience with Design-Build commercial construction projects with minimum 3- 8 years' in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of construction engineering and design
- Experience as a Superintendent completing at least one project valuing $40M or more
- Understanding of construction sequencing
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working on hospitals is a plus
