Job Details
+ Must have experience as a Superintendent working on luxury single-family homes $3M+
+ Scheduling and coordinating labor, subs, and materials to complete work on time and on budget
+ Overseeing and directing the onsite activities of our crews and subcontractors
+ Ensuring crews are working safely and observing all safety codes
+ Managing jurisdiction required inspections
