We are looking for Senior Product Managers work on our existing products as well as Senior Product Managers who will work on our new product in development.

We raised ($7.5M raised to date) is on a mission to revolutionize the age old problem of scheduling. We help companies like Airbnb, Box, Dropbox, Shopify and Stripe shorten their time to hire by automating interview scheduling! We use automation and AI to match the most optimal interviewers to candidates, automating the scheduling process for both phone and complex onsite interviews.


The Role


We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that delivers our vision and strategy.


What You'll Do


Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth, and work closely with the Customer Success Team
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Work with our leadership team to develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work very closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Drive product launches including working with executives and the marketing team
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services


Requirements

8+ years of experience working in Product Management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with data, metrics and statistical analysis
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
