What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work for a highly respected builder in the industry and the community. As a Senior Project Scheduler on our wastewater treatment project, you will:

Develop and maintain project schedules for all major product types.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely development of baseline schedules, provide updates on schedule status, prepare and submit schedule updates as required.
Assist project teams to ensure delays are adequately documented.
Review Contracts for specific scheduling needs and profile critical timelines to ensure project schedules show appropriate detail based upon job site requirements.
Develop contingency options with the team to accelerate the schedule.
Assist project closeout teams in completing as-built schedules for completed projects.
Develop and maintain Earned Value Management through cost and resource loading techniques.
Facilitate Pull Planning exercises with various project stakeholders.
Other duties as required.


What You Need To Succeed

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture) or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a c or equivalent. Experience with wastewater treatment projects a plus!
Thorough knowledge of Prime Contract and contract types include lump sum, GMP, hard bid, design-build, and negotiated.
Thorough knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, practices, and components.
Advanced computer skills with the ability to use MS Office with proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Thorough knowledge and use of Primavera P6 and Scheduling software required, including an understanding of cost/resource functions.

You are highly analytical, versatile, extremely organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
