We are looking for Junior to Senior level Site Reliability Engineers with expertise in AWS, and experience working in a B2C/B2B environment that supports live customers and ideally handles payment card transactions.

• Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure and application flow.
• Tuning and monitoring, writing run books, instant calls, how to run a bridge, troubleshooting and triaging
• Experience with CodeDeploy, Chef, or Ansible is a plus. Other tools are acceptable as well, with an aptitude to learn!
• Incorporate SRE best practices for high availability, scalability and fault tolerance
• Handle on-call production support tasks and incident management during normal business hours primarily

Nice to have:

• Experience with Datadog, Splunk, Airbrake
• Security experience with SIEM products
• NATS messaging experience
• Hashicorp Vault/Consul
• Ruby or Golang experience
