• Mentor and train field staff for fast-paced growth development

• 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope.

• Solid understanding of building processes and systems.

• Cost control/billings/collections/change management/monthly status reports.

• Ability to do cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting.

• Key point of contact with owner and client (must be comfortable in a client interfacing atmosphere)

• Management of all project team members (project managers, senior project engineer, project engineers, superintendents, and field office coordinator) overseeing multiple projects

• Challenge & support job site and self-perform work team.

• Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.

• OSHPD and clean room experience highly desired

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

• Ability to create and support team morale.

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, accounting cost management software, and scheduling software

• Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.

• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent within a commercial environment

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field is highly preferred

• A strong work ethic with a desire to be part of the family - work hard play hard partnership mentality
