We are looking not for someone with a traditional sys admin background but a software engineer who gravitated towards DevOps. We are seeking the following experience:

• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar is helpful but not needed.
• Real, proven work experience (6+ years) in DevOps or software engineering roles at scaling, modern tech companies.
• A desire to hone one's craft. We love teaching and learning from one another.
