This is an exciting strategy-to-execution role in Product Management where the right individual can add true value to the
company and its customers.

The Senior Product Manager will have a direct role in the growth of the company. The PM will understand
business strategy and opportunities, run lean experiments to test their viability, and scale successful ideas into new business
lines. The PM will also drive the customer experience and conversion rates for our company, the largest eCommerce site that
serves those with sleep apnea, so they can have a restful sleep every night.

The role is strategic, creative, and analytical. It requires an entrepreneurial PM who can tie strategy to execution, analyze
data to drive decisions, and finally, get things done.

• Prioritization, user story writing, and backlog management - 30%
• Conversion optimization, testing and experimentation - 25%
• Stakeholder management, scaling and project management - 25%
• Business strategy, idea generation, forecasting and modeling - 20%

Experience in eCommerce operations such as order tracking, fulfillment, shipment, warehousing functions.
