Requirements:

• Must reside in the Houston area
• 3+ years experience use of AUS systems, manual underwriting on conventional and government loans
• DE required, SAR preferred
• Knowledge of fraud detection methods
• Ability to accurately calculate income in accordance with standard industry practice
• Ability to review appraisals, assess accurate and appropriate data, and determine value range
• Familiar with Ellie Mae Encompass is a PLUS
