Job Details
We are seeking a professional with the following experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
3 to 5 years of mortgage industry experience; i.e., processing and closing experience.
Must be proficient with Fannie, Freddie, FHA, and VA guidelines, including how those effect automated Underwriting Systems DU/LP. Must also be proficient with RESPA/TIL and other regulatory procedures and practices.
Strong communication, oral, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
