Job Details
- Identify technical requirements for project scope and develop a project plan including milestones, tasks, effort, risks, and duration
- Apply process tools such as DFMEA, FMEA, and DOE to effectively drive successful technical results. In the absence of tools, apply experience and knowledge to develop new tools as necessary.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional resources to achieve specific project results (on time, on budget, production yields)
- Function as lead technical contact for internal and external communications.
- Participate in training, mentoring, and recruiting of technical talent
- Develop and deploy systems and standards when required. Work with others to develop, document, and train on new systems and standards.
