We are an IT and security solutions firm built to support our clients strategic goals and missions. We need a Security Architect for a government contract in Washington, DC. This is a FT direct hire role with excellent employee benefits.

Experience with:
* Leading the delivery of cyber security and IT security engineering projects
* Support the analysis and development of enterprise systems
* Create security architecture standards for adoption of new technology
* Identify, quantify, and recommend mitigation actions for security risks
* Produce management reporting, including appropriate metrics related to information risk and exposure
* Understand security product / service cost drivers and industry and business trends
* Identify potential areas where existing security policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion
* Provide information security matter expertise to technology teams and projects
* Evaluate and recommend security software/hardware and its integration into existing architecture
* Research and benchmark security infrastructure technologies

* Top Secret clearance with CI Poly REQUIRED - SCI will be required within three months of onboarding
* Bachelor’s degree
* 7+years of technical experience in cyber security
* Prior experience leading security design and architecture reviews of large applications, systems and networks
* Deep security expertise in at least one of the following: Windows and Active Directory, networking/routing/switching and/or applications based on .NET, C or C#
* Successful track record of securing large and complex environments, such as data centers or other industrial spaces
