Seeking a research scientist or research associate with demonstrated experience and expertise in flow cytometry instrument (BD Celesta) set up and optimization, instrument characterization methods, QC methods, and instrument maintenance. Software expertise (e.g., FACSDiva and FlowJo). External and internal staining of immune cells, vital stain methods and knowledge, cytokine bead array and other advanced flow cytometry methods.

Education: MS/PhD in a scientific discipline with 3+ years experience in operating flow cytometers.
