Looking for a Seasoned Processor with recent 3-5 years' experience processing Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA transactions. Experience with Encompass highly preferred. Must be comfortable in a paperless environment. This is an extremely intense, high paced position but very rewarding!

Compensation:

$$ Base plus overtime + per file bonus

Review files for accuracy and completeness
Analyze documentation and verify qualification and eligibility
Experience: Minimum 3 years in processing FHA, VA, Fannie Mae and FHLMC loan programs.
Knowledge and understanding of Conforming, Jumbo and Government 1st Trust Deed loans. Must maintain current knowledge for regulatory compliance.
