Requires 8+ years’ experience in banking, lending procedures, loan processing, underwriting or other directly related experience
Preferably 3+ years prior management experience, specifically leading processing teams
Prior experience within Encompass highly preferred
Must have a strong knowledge of complex income situations – including analyzing tax returns for individuals with multiple businesses.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
Advanced knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, loan systems
Must have good organizational and customer service skills
Good written and verbal communications skills
Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
