Requirements:

Minimum 3 years recent experience closing FHA, VA, and Conventional loans

• DU/LP, FHA, and VA systems experience
• Lender system Encompass knowledge
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prepare and review CDs and fund closed loans in a timely manner.
