Job Details

A Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is responsible for the overall profit/loss of their assigned JVs. To achieve success, they will support JV Managers through measurable accountability. Specific job functions and requirements of a ROM are listed below and fall into 4 overarching buckets:

Business Management
JV Team Relations
Partner Relations
Reporting

Qualifications:
  • Resware experience is preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of industry experience performing escrow and title duties
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field
  • Notary or ability to obtain within 90 days
