Job Details
Accept new custom formulation and R&D projects, source raw materials needed, and be clear and responsive to project manager.
Formulate new skincare and beauty products following client's instructions in a timely manner.
Enhance existing personal care formulations and optimize final formulation.
Maintain contact with current raw material suppliers and initiate relationships with new raw material suppliers, keeping quality and cost as a priority.
Establish analytical test methods.
Establish bulk and Finish Product specifications.
Make changes to batch records and keep track of all findings.
Author/review R&D Product Development Reports.
