QUALITY IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR
(Full-time, Permanent)

The Quality Improvement Coordinator will support the hospital quality & performance improvement activities. Enhance patient safety, ensure and improve regulatory compliance and provide evidenced based practices. The Quality Improvement Coordinator will report to the Director of Quality/Patient Safety.

• Qualified candidates will have 2+ years quality management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Thorough knowledge of performance improvement tools & systems
• Experience with LEAN methodology preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• CPHQ a plus
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication
