Job Details
We are hiring for Director of QA with experience leading QA engineers to develop and implement testing strategies across multiple internal and external products. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure that our solutions have appropriate controls across the entire testing pyramid and continue to handle high volumes of global traffic.
Responsibilities:
● Manage a team of QA engineers and analysts deployed across multiple product development teams
● Work with cross-functional leaders including engineers, product managers, designers, and others to identify and resolve gaps in our quality and standards controls
● Help to set a high-bar on testing rigor/frameworks by establishing and maintaining best practices for your teams
● Develop a long-term QA vision and roadmap
● Promote quality as a discipline throughout the organization
Required Qualifications and Skills:
● You have at least 4 years of total experience leading QA teams
● You are familiar with current frontend and backend testing frameworks
● You have experience creating and executing on organization-wide QA goals
● You have a strong knowledge of automation best practices
● You are experienced in hands-on QA (both manual testing and automation)
● You have experience managing QA engineers working on both products and infrastructure
● You have performed performance reviews and developed career plans that continuously invest in the growth of your engineers
● You have worked with cross-functional leaders to develop long-term roadmaps and goals
Nice to have Qualifications and Skills :
● Experience with scrum and agile
● AWS and Docker experience
● Experience with React/React Native or mobile development
