SUMMARY:
As the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for managing and implementing procurement and supply chain management services to fulfill our product plans and oversee our manufacturing schedule.

MUST HAVES:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage stakeholders, including our engineering, and build support for initiatives by understanding options and risks associated with supply chain activities.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships that achieve superior performance and will negotiate commercial terms to deliver the best value proposition.
  • Manage and drive the company backlog and sales orders throughout our worldwide operation.
  • Managing and sourcing our products and materials from our worldwide vendors. The role includes, but is not limited to, all aspects of international and domestic freight management and logistics, product shipment coordination, production schedules, buffer stock and inventory management, including reverse material flows.
  • Manage our manufacturing schedule as well as associated contract manufacturing (CM) schedules and relationships oversees for on-time production completion, product fulfillment, and other deliverables.
  • Overseeing all aspects of corporate procurement including production schedules, purchase order placement, and freight arrangements to support corporate production objectives through our manufacturing facilities and Contract Manufacturing network and other suppliers.
  • Maintain contracts and related administrative work.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and change notices.

EDUCATIUON & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors in Supply Chain Management preferred
  • 7+ in procurement and supply chain management or comparable role
  • Preferred APICS supply chain certifications: CPIM, CSCP, CPSM
  • Experience in global manufacturing
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret planning system reports, supply-chain transactions, common financial reports, supplier contracts, purchase orders, and other legal documents
  • Understanding and exposure to Lean Six Sigma inventory/production programs.
