Our client is actively recruiting for an experienced paralegal/legal assistant to join their growing practice in Sugar Land.

The opportunity is with a reputable firm that is hiring due to recent growth and new business. The incoming paralegal/legal assistant will join an established tight-knit team to help with various client facing responsibilities related to the public financing and development of municipal utility districts, special districts, commercial, and residential development projects. The partners takes a collaborative approach working with developers, local governments and state agencies to provide legal counsel for public infrastructure. This role does not include litigation responsibilities.

The partners are seeking charismatic team-oriented candidates with exceptional attention to detail who are comfortable working in a client facing role. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and professionalism to work directly with clients that include local governements, developers, and state agencies. We are interested candidates with real estate, civil litigation, MUD law, or public finance backgrounds.
