The Operations Manager will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for the startup of canning operations for our brand new production facility, eventually transitioning into full operations leadership across multiple production facilities!

Required:

• Experience as an Operations Manager in the Food Production Industry
• Low-Acid Canning Experience
• 5+ Years Supervisory Experience (You Will Have 3-5 Direct Reports Across Two Facilities)
