Nurse Manager - PACU

• Leading Trauma Center & Magnet Hospital
• The Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with the Director to oversee staffing, budgets, policies & procedures, quality improvement, foster a positive work environment and drive positive change across the department

Qualifications:

• BSN Degree Required
• MSN or Master’s Degree preferred
• Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years progressive Management experience in PACU, Recovery Room, Pre/Post Op Services, Pre-Admit Testing, etc.
• Proactive and forward-thinking team leader
• TX RN license or ability to gain state licensure
• ANCC Certification
