• Previous Experience in Mortgage Industry – (Sr. Processor, Processor)
• Experience with Encompass, The Loan Process & 3rd party functions
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook proficient) & English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload w/willingness to work until the job is completed!
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Impeccable Discretion & confidentiality

• Must be able to process 30+ loans per month using Encompass.
• Daily Management of pipeline & collect all necessary documents needed to submit, clear & fund the loan
• Superior telephone, organizational & customer service skills
• Ultimately – allow a producer to “produce & close” at the highest levels possible by handling the “busy/organizational workflow” of a loan from soup to nuts
