Our client is urgently seeking the talent of an experienced Pre-Closing Analyst

The primary function of the Pre-Closing Review Analyst is to maintain an active loan pipeline while preparing files for closing documents.

We are seeking a professional with the following experience and skills:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Business or related field, preferred
1-3 years mortgage processing or mortgage compliance experience, preferred
Knowledge with DPA programs (predominantly Arizona), preferred
Ability to communicate both written and oral, well organized, and proven time management skills
Strong proficiency with Encompass, Outlook, Word, Excel. AllRegs
Ability to learn at a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes to VIP, State or Compliance regulations
Must possess strong level of professionalism
