The CD Operations Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations and is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the CD Operations Center, including coordinating, processing, and centralized disclosure administration for the CD production team. This position may require some travel to our offices in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in development and implementation of new process flow for operational efficiency to meet

any ongoing changes.

• Work directly with Corporate department managers to integrate the flow of loan files

between departments seamlessly.

• Assist with error resolution and overall pipeline management.
• Completes annual reviews of department team members based on performance metrics in place

for departments they assist.

• Work with all levels of the organization, and directly with Executive Management, utilizing superior

communication and mortgage lending knowledge.

• Champion company culture, acting as a source of information and inspiration for Sales team

members.

• Assist Vice President of Operations with other duties as assigned

Education, Knowledge, Experience:

• 4+ years’ experience in the Mortgage Industry with experience in the areas of Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing (the more diverse your experience, the better!)
• Strong understanding of and experience in Front-End Residential Mortgage Operations
