Our client is urgently seeking the talent of an experienced Loan Officer Assistant.
Our client is a mid-size mortgage bank that was founded in 2006. They offer competitive rates, great benefits, and a wide selection of products to meet their customer's needs. Due to demand, they are rapidly growing.
The primary function of the Loan Officer Assistant is to ensure timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our Loan Officers while keeping in weekly communication with borrowers

We are seeking a professional with the following experience and skills:
5+ years of Mortgage processing experience, required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must know real estate terminology
Must be excited to interface with borrowers
Must possess strong product knowledge and understanding of mortgage loan rules and regulations
Must have and display good ethics and professionalism
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and HRIS software
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
