rimary responsibilities include reviewing loan documents for funding and regulatory compliance included reviewing and preparing LEs and CDs, matching up lock confirmations to purchase pricing, drawing loan docs via DocMagic, preparing collateral packages for shipment to investors, reviewing funding conditions, initiating funding requests with warehouse banks, communicating final funding figures to escrow and insuring investor purchases the loan.
Our ideal candidate would have:
Knowledge of funding guidelines and procedures.
Extensive knowledge of TRID (disclosures).
Current FHA, VA and conventional loan experience, both refinance and purchase.
Experience funding in multiple states.
Excellent computer, time management and organizational skills.
