The Servicing Regulatory Compliance Specialist will perform several core functions. The Specialist will be responsible for monitoring & tracking new laws and regulations that are particularly related to mortgage servicing

We are seeking the following experience and education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
5 years mortgage lending experience; with emphasis on servicing compliance
Must be proficient with Fannie, Freddie, FHA, and VA guidelines, including knowledge of mortgage lending consumer protection rules and regulations.
Must have extensive servicing/knowledge, such as, knowledge of payment processing, investor reporting, collections and loss mitigation.
