* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's is a plus!
* 5+ years of experience managing a development team in an agile environment
* Background utilizing a ticketing system like Jira
* Well versed working with, developing and creating ecommerce and/or supply chain solutions
* Strong background with integration projects and tools including Dell Boomi
* Possess excellent planning and project coordination skills
* Strong database knowledge and proficiency with MS-SQL

What you will be doing:
* Coordinate with internal project teams, developers, stakeholders, contractors, and vendors
* Develop detailed schedules of upcoming implementations, changes to code, and work with project managers to plan resource utilization
* Organize, plan, and implement software across all systems
* Work with onsite and offsite vendors to ensure compliance with their SLA’s
* Plan and direct workstreams for other members of the development team, and partners
* Make data driven decisions as well as someone who is comfortable analyzing complex solutions
* Train junior development personnel and assessing needs of staff to best improve workflow, as needed
