Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and prep file for loan documents
Ability to draw an average of 4-7 sets of loans documents daily
Review file for accuracy to perform accurate loan document/funding/CD’s
Responsible for reviewing loan data for compliance with State, Investor and company’s
P&P’s.
Verify lock information, fees and closing disclosure figures to meet all guidelines
Review file for TRID Compliance
Review to make sure all PTD/PTF conditions have been cleared prior to Docs & Funding
Assist Post-Closing Department for loan file delivery and assist with conditions if
applicable
Responsible to make sure all loans close in a timely matter
Experience and Skills:
Min 5 years in mortgage industry as a Funder/Closer
High School Diploma
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities in a timely matter
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel
