Seeking associates with 2-4 years of comprehensive litigation experience.
Ideal candidates will have experience in general commercial litigation, securities litigation, mergers & acquisitions litigation, corporate governance, SEC enforcement, and antitrust/unfair competition litigation.
Must be adaptable, with a willingness to tackle new and varied legal challenges.
Requires excellent academic credentials, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
