Director of Nursing:

• Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the clinical nursing team
• Works in collaboration with the CMO & COO to achieve organizational goals and improve quality outcomes
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory boards
• Works with leadership team and department mangers to ensure quality patient care, care management, compliance, etc.
• Helps manage and develop budget
• Orients, trains, and mentors new hires and provides continued education opportunities to staff

Qualifications:

• Master of Science, Nursing
• 10+ years related clinical experience
• 5 or more years progressive Director level leadership
