Job Details

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
  • 3+ years of technical support experience within a Microsoft Windows environment, directly supporting end users day-to-day technical needs
  • Experience with the following: Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Support, Office365, RingCentral, Help Desk Ticketing Systems
  • Experience with desktop support best practices: PC hardware repair and upgrades, software installation / configuration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
